Integrate Tradeshow Marketing Methods
Let me tell you a very smart thing to do if you are planning on using a tradeshow model to help you exhibit. Book the model early enough in advance to be able to do a photo shoot with the same model and integrate her into your brochures or exhibit display. The first job a tradeshow model does is get your company and it's booth visibility. If you have a large poster with a beautiful model displaying your product and that same beautiful model is at your booth meeting prospects, taking pics etc an impression of corporate success is evoked. It's like you have a guest celebrity in your booth. This is the reason some exhibitors choose to use professional sports team cheerleaders. It works. If you create a full marketing campaign that utilizes all aspects of your exhibiting plans you will see marked improvement in your booth traffic. If you have any questions please feel free to call Don at Forte Models, Orlando's premiere model agency with professional tradeshow models through the US. Call today at 407-465-0300 or email us at orlandomodelagent@cfl.rr.com. If you have any comments that you would like to share from you past experiences please feel free to share. Have a great show! www.orlandomodelagent.com

How Do You Know If You Have Picked The Right Agency?
The right agency is very easy to recognize. If you contact an agency because you did a google search and found their website and ask about a model and the person you are talking to is not sure who you mean, that's a problem. Your agency should have a working understanding of their product, the models. They should know who you are interested in, their stats, their potential availability, experience level etc. Do not use use model agencies that have so many models on their roster that you chosen model is nothing more then a name and telephone number in a database. Also, ask important questions to the agent. Why does this marketing tool work for convention modeling? How many clients does the agency have? How long has the agency been providing these services? Do they have Testimonials? Finally, look for an agency that expresses more interest in you and your event then getting your money. It's ok if money is discusses in the way of payment terms and such, but your agent's first goal should be how can they help your business have a more successful event and gain more customers. Use Your Money Wisely
I spend a significant amount of time assisting tradeshow exhibitors with their show strategies. Sometimes an exhibitor just doesn't see the value of the service Forte Models provides. I understand that. For some, using the oldest and most successful marketing tool on the planet, sex sells, is not the route they want to go. To the exhibitors out there who want to get the most bang for their buck, and I only mean that figuratively, a beautiful tradeshow model is the most cost effective marketing tool for you. You can't possibly believe that spending $5000 on 10,000 keychains with your logo on it is going to have the impact that spending under $2000 for 4 days on a model will have. Keychains can't build relationships. Nor can pen flashlights, light tracer name tags, rubber stress balls or the miriads of other gimmicks I have seen exhibitors use to try to get prospects in their booth. Don't waste your money on fluff when you can spend less and get so much more. Call Don at 407-465-0300 and book a Forte Model today. www.orlandomodelagent.com

Create A Familiar Face
There is a great dilema for the tradeshow exhibitor who uses models as hostesses. That dilema is whether to use a model you have used in the past no matter where you go, or contact model agencies in the respective cities your company is traveling to and book a model there. I am a model agent who represents models in most major cities throughout the US. I have provided services for past clients who have needed models in other cities then our home base and I do have the luxury of a strong talent pool nationwide. I understand the exhibitors concern for flying models all over the country, providing perdiems, accommodations etc. The exhibitor is already dishing out plenty of money to exhibit. Take this piece of advice from an expert in this industry. If you as an exhibitor develop a relationship with an agency and a particular model or models and the models are helping you generate 1000 leads over a 3 day show, you are going to be very pleased. Let's say the show is in Orlando this year. The model or modes do a tremendous job for you. Next year this same show is moving to Vegas. Do you want to retrain a model about your services or products and also hope for the best as far as getting a great model you will have a great experience with? Trust me when I say that the cost of traveling a proven exceptional and familiar model will become a drop in the bucket financial. With experience comes strength. Everytime the same model works with you they learn how to help you sell your product better. So when you finish a show and a model has done an overwhelming job for you, call her agent and book her for your next show, no matter where it is. You will create a familiar face for your prospects that is memorable and I as I have mentioned previously you will develop a deeper relationship with a prospect that comes back to your booth again upon seeing the gorgeous young women they enjoyed chatting with last year. Many of my clients can verify this. I just sent 3 girls out to LA from Orlando and the client said they had the most successful tradeshow ever, getting over 700 leads in just one day of the show. Use the same model for all of your shows and you'll have a secret weapon. Good luck.

Trade Show Models, A Significant Marketing Tool
It is this writer's opinion that doing business is about relationships. If your company can become friends with prospects or give them an impression that you are more than a soldier out representing your giant company, that prospect may be more inclined to buy from you. Introduce the trade show model. I am not talking about the stupid bimbo, but the experienced, well trained, gorgeous and articulate trade show model. I have alot of experience providing this service and I have seen relationships cultivated and developed thanks to a strong presence on the front line of your exhibit. The model with the warm smile and friendly hello that greats a prospects and shares a brief conversation not only scans information or passes out your promo. She starts a relationship. This prospect will believe your company stands out from the rest. It is not a bad idea to provide an oasis of friendliness in a sea of humanity that is so often a tradeshow. I'd love to hear your coments on this. Please visit us at www.orlandomodelagent.com if you have any questions or needs regarding the very effective marketing tool that is a tradeshow model....the right tradeshow model.

Class Over Ass
I have participated in literally hundreds and hundreds of tradeshows and provided beautiful and articulate tradeshow models to as many clients. I have helped develop and implement many of the exhibitor's marketing strategies. Often exhibitors will come into the process with a preconceived notion as to what they think they want to do and how they want to use a model. In my professional opinion a client that uses that classy and sophisticated approach over the T&A approach will get exceedingly productive results. Models dressed in business attire can look like they are part of the organization they are representing. A girl in a thong bikini is pretty much a dead give away that she is a hired gun. It is the smart company that finds the model who is gorgeous for the eye candy appeal, but whose classy appearance and demeanor does not cast a bad reflection on the exhibitors and their products or services. www.orlandomodelagent.com

Book Your Models Early
Professional Models who do tradeshows are very busy people. In cities such as Orlando and Las Vegas there are 5 to 10 tradeshows going on at one time between the convention centers and the resort hotels with convention centers. There are an elite group of the very best models who provide extraordinary tradeshow service and a large amount of models who are just average at it. If you are serious about making an impact at your next show it would definitely behoove you to get a top model secured as soon as you can. The top models are sometimes booked 3 or 4 months ahead of a show and repeat clients will rebook for next year at the end of their current show. Get the jump on your competitors and book your model or models with plenty of time to spare. www.orlandomodelagent.com

Time Is Money
You should have your expectations met in every way if you are a purchasing client who has contracted a model for your exhibition. Your purchasing cost entitles you to have a model arrive promptly at your event. As a model client you are taking some risk if you choose to not go through an agency. Every now and then a model has challenges with arriving on time. If you have booked her directly you have little recourse. If you book her through an agent who holds punctuality as a core foundational value you can be sure your model will be with you as the show doors open. Especially if the model knows future engagements may be forfeited if the model proves to have a tardiness issue. Call Don at Forte Models and book one of our tradeshow models today. They may be at your booth before you.

What To Look For In A Top Tradeshow Model
Tradeshow models are very beautiful young women who work as professional models. They generally fill their calendar between the photo shoots they do with convention and tradeshow work. Intelligent, marketing savy clients that are exhibiting at a particular show will think of anything that will help them stand out to business prospects. By placing a beautiful girl in their booth they have immediately increased visibility. Model agencies typically will send any girl to a tradeshow. The agencies primary interest is getting the clients money. It's a plain and simple fact. Because an agency doesn't stand to earn significant capital by booking a tradeshow model they tend to put less effort into providing these models to their interested clients. Your first step in finding a top tradeshow model is finding an agency that specializes in this form of modeling. A top agency that places fashion models in Vogue is most likely not going to have an nationally heralded team of tradeshow hostesses. Look for boutique styled agencies that do this type of work all the time. If the agency rep does not know the names of the models without searching through a database, hang up. If an agency doesn't know it's talent extremely well personally, they can't possibly know what that model is able to bring to the table for you, the model consumer. www.orlandomodelagent.com
